The Institute for Women’s Policy Research is a group of people that do different studies using data from the real world to help show how big of an impact women being paid less is. They also talk about how beneficial it would be if women were paid as much as men are. This document was published by Ariane Hegewisch, M. Phil., and Adiam Tesfaselassie. Their argument is in favor of women getting equal pay.
I know the Institute for Women’s Policy Research is a reliable source based on two different things. First of all, it is a website for an institution based around women and their rights and policies. The second thing is that the research is done by multiple people who have earned their PHDs. There is a page on their website which tells who the people are as well as what they do.
I used this website to essentially tell the argument from my perspective using their facts. This was the website that I used the most because it is such a reliable source, and they make their research easy to read and find what you are looking for.

The National Women’s Law Center is a website created by people who use the law to help better the lives of women and girls everywhere. They are most definitely in favor of women getting equal pay. The website has a few different things you can click on to look atn fact sheets gathered by the people on the website. I did not use the main article as much as I used the fact sheets provided, and none of them were written by a single person, but rather a group.
The National Women’s Law Center is reliable because the women that run the website are very passionate and intelligent about the subjects in question. The President and CEO, Fatima Goss Graves, has a long track history of working on issues that directly impact many women across the world.
I did not really mention this website in my argument because I already had formed most of my argument through my other sources, however the information I got from this source helped solidify my position on the whole idea of gender wage gap itself.
